Curtis, 91St Greentree Division, C.1944 Auction Archive Footnote: Maria was born onIn bronze gilt with purple, red, white and green enamels, engraved "GEORGE J. CURTIS" on the reverse, measuring 35 mm (w) x 43 mm (h), chipping evident in the purple enamels on the right side, scattered gilt wear, contact marks, fine. Footnote: Curtis served in the U. S. Army. He served as a corporal in the U. S. Army infantry, 91st Greentree Division in Italy. He earned the Combat Infantry Badge and his unit received the Presidential Unit Citation.
